The work of Jeff Koons
One of Lady Gaga's favorite artist, Jeff Koons is likely best known for his balloon animal sculptures and chroming just about anything, but his roughly 35 foot tall sculpture titled 'Puppy' which is covered in flowers making a very interesting and ever evolving piece.
