Ye Chang : Kong Shanshui/Empty Shanshui

Chinese architect Ye Chang uses 10,000 petri dishes, and white stones in this amazing installation for the Palacio Quintanar museum in Spain.

Through the day it evolves, early morning you get the light dew backlit with the lights from underneath which softens the look of the glass, during the day you get the glistening dishes as the sun passes over them and at night you get the angular reflection of the light from below.
